Terms of service
Effective June 8, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of Solidus One, a software platform operated by Solidus Systems ("Solidus," "we," "us") for U.S. gun ranges and federal firearms licensees (FFLs). By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using a tenant storefront, you agree to these terms.
Service description
Solidus One provides business software for range operations, point of sale, compliance workflows, memberships, training, and related features. Features vary by subscription plan and tenant configuration.
Accounts and authorized users
- Business customers are responsible for staff accounts, permissions, and activity under their organization.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable firearms, commerce, or privacy laws.
Customer data and compliance
Tenants remain responsible for their own regulatory obligations, including ATF recordkeeping, customer disclosures, and lawful collection of personal information. Solidus processes data on the tenant's instructions as a service provider. See our privacy policy for data handling details.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, fees, and renewal terms are presented at signup or in your account. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds, if any, follow the plan or order terms in effect at purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected components except where permitted by law, or access another tenant's data without authorization. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations or security risk.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Solidus disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
